    Everything is very good, the room is well-equipped with the best Bosphorus view, freshly cleaned carpets and clean towels. With the metro station 400 metres away, the location is comfortable and the best. Istanbul is good for trip, Taksim underground station is nearby.

    The hotel is nice and they happily upgraded us to a better room. The concierge was very helpful and gave us some really good tips - its pricey so if you book in advance you could stay at an even better place at the same price!!

    I asked them for two fruits as i was fasting and they charged me 15 euros for it - the same price they charge for a plate of fruit.

    A Luxurious Retreat with Unbeatable Views!

    Staying here was a dream! The rooftop bar offered fine views of the Bosphorus, perfect for sunset watching. The staff surprised us with an upgrade, and the spacious suite was a fantastic escape. Don't miss dinner at the rooftop restaurant, the atmosphere is lovely!

    The service throughtout the hotel was fantastic and the view from the corner table in the club restaurant on the 16th floor was out of this world!! Likewise from our beautiful suite. Would definitely revisit.

    The price of two Kir Royales in the Safran Restaurant was 88 Turkish Lira!

    I liked the location of the hotel and the professionalism of the staffs.

    I didn't like the fact that there is not much to do at the hotel such as the indoor swimming pool, no jacuzzi or tennis court or any animated activities. Besides the prices were not that abordable.

    The hotel is a great choice. I'm glad I chose it during my stay in istanbul. Its within 5 mins walk to taksim where all the restraunts and shopping is. I was upgraded to a junior suit which was amazing. I recommend this hotel. 5

    Hotel is truly exceptional, with superb breakfast, and location is perfect adjacent to restaurants, metro bus and shuttle bus and a park and right atTaksim Square. The rooms are themed, nicely decorated, and come with central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV. The staff is friendly efficient, caring. The ambiance is comfortable. The service at the restaurant is very efficient.

    My two-night stay was fantastic, especially the amazing Bosphorus views, the amazing Skybar with vibrant music, and the delicious breakfast spread with a unique Turkish twist. I'd return!
